Some Healthy Tips to Improve Your Golfing Performance
1- Eat a proper meal before leaving home
Eating a meal consisting of complex carbs and protien will give you the
fuel you need to make it through the golf course.
2- Warm up before you start
Spend 20 to 30 minutes stretching and performing warm up exercises before
you hit your first ball. This will help you to keep your muscles relaxed and
help you to maintain control when you swing your golf club. Keep in mind, it
is a good idea to continue stretching while you play, this will reduce cramps
and tight muscles
3- Drink a lot of water before you step onto the golf course
Drink lots of water before you leave home. Dehydration can cause fatigue
and loss of concentration. Continue to drink water while you play
especially on those hot days. Alcohol will also cause dehydration so it is a
good idea to have a cup of water after each beer.
